Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with European consumer rights, you have up to 14 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, and receive a full refund.

For exchanges due to size, color, or defective items, you have up to 30 days from delivery to make a request.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Dollar Company only in cases of product defects or incorrect orders. All other returns are the responsibility of the customer.
